La Mer gives the best of both worlds combining both sea and countryside. It is situated 150m from a large sandy beach almost 4km long in the village of Pentrez Plage on the West coast of Brittany. The absence of any slope on the beach makes it a safe place for children and a popular destination for families.
The village has several bars and restaurants and local amenities. The nearest large towns are Chateaulin and Crozon Morgat with larger shops and supermarkets.
Watersports including kite surfing, wind surfing, surfing, sea-canoeing, diving and sand sailing are popular and during the summer months there are many activities organised including kids clubs. The area is also excellent for sea fishing. Nearby there are also tennis courts and crazy golf.
